Registration

*Due to the change in our forest service permit from a commercial to non-commercial permit, we will no longer include charges in our registration fee for guided rides. Organized rides will be offered each day free to the public! On Tuesday afternoon during the jamboree, those wishing to go on organized rides may select their rides and sign up for those rides at that time. For those wishing to take the ATV Safety Instruction Class offered by the Arizona Game & Fish or wishing to take an overnight guided ride, please call our toll-free number at 866-520-3569 to make pre-registration arrangements. As in the past, anyone wishing to participate in an organized guided ride MUST sign an insurance waiver before being able to participate. For a listing of all trail rides available at the 2012 Jamboree, please continue to watch for updates on the website!

Registration

  • No refunds after August 15, 2012.
  • Full Refund minus $50.00 Processing Fee for cancellations received before August 15th, 2012

Registration fees are:

  • $150.00 per person for full event participant ( Includes Pit BBQ Dinner on Friday Night )
  • $100.00 per person for a weekend only participant ( Friday and Saturday Only ) – ( Includes Pit BBQ Dinner on Friday Night )
  • Pit BBQ includes: Slow roasted, pit barbequed beef and elk meat, cowboy beans, grilled onions, tossed green salad, watermelon slices, sopapillas, cobblers and ice cream with all the trimmings. You won’t go away hungry!”
  • Rodeo grounds camping $8.00 per night for tent campers
  • Rodeo grounds RV parking $13.00 per night for RV’s (Limited to 120 RV’s)

Event Fees

  • Mud Bog & ATV Rodeo events are $5.00 per event or $10.00 for three events.

  • Welcome Packet which includes:  Lanyard that provides entry to all jamboree meals and activities, $10 value meal ticket redeemable at our local restaurants, pit BBQ dinner on Friday night with all the trimmings, Jamboree t-shirt, one raffle ticket for new ATV, money saving coupons, and much more.
  • 2 Nightly Saffel Canyon Poker Runs with prizes for winners
  • Opening Ceremony & Ice Cream Social & Free Hotdogs & Chips from Walmart on Tuesday night
  • Free full breakfasts each morning
  • ATV Parade down Main Streets of Eagar & Springerville on Saturday morning
  • Nightly entertainment including: Wild West Shootout, Old Outlaw Card Shark Night, Discount Tire Night with special prizes for winners
  • Awesome door prizes and awards given out nightly for all full event registrants only.
  • Free entry to participate in the Discount Tire ATV rodeo & Mud Bog events on Saturday.
