Refund Policy & Procedure

It is understood that after the August 15, 2012 registration deadline, most of the operating costs of the jamboree – advertising bills have been paid, t-shirts & other merchandising ordered and paid for, meals have been planned for registered riders– have been completed. Therefore, it is the policy of the Arizona ATV Outlaw Trail Jamboree to issue refunds according to the following conditions:

  • A refund request must be made in writing and forwarded to: PO Box 250, Eagar, AZ 85925 or e-mailed to debirogers@frontiernet.net.
  • Registration refunds will be based on the following:
    1. Full registration fee minus $50.00 processing fee will be refunded if request is postmarked prior to August 15, 2012.
    2. No refunds will be issued for requests postmarked after August 15, 2012.
