Hank, Debi, Dorlene and Marty Smith represented the Outlaw Trail Jamboree on Monday, February 14th at the kick-off for the Arizona State Centennial celebration held at the State Capitol. Governor Jan Brewer welcomed all with a short speech and the rest of the day was spent with visitors to the celebration. Entertainment was provided by many well known Arizona “celebrities” including Marshall Trimble, Rex Allen, Jr. and many others. We “facebooked” a fifty dollar registration discount to anyone who came to the booth and registered – we had six take advantage of this special offer. One of the most colorful attendees was our very own Black River Bart and his girl, Pearl. Many of you might have seen them on Channel 3 or Channel 12. The “Copper Chopper”, the Arizona Centennial mascot was next to our booth. This is truly a one-of-a-kind chopper that might be coming to the jamboree. Eat your heart out, Conrad
